Edit Table and Instagram Wall for Olivela

I used Bluetooth beacons, Unity and Django to create a movement-activated table display and a purchase-activated wall projection.

Olivela, a high-end womenswear boutique, were opening their first physical store in Nantucket, USA. They wanted a table at the front of the shop where they could display a selection of their goods. We put BLE stickers inside the products that, when moved, triggered a Unity application to show some information about the object. I also created an admin site using Django, to allow the store manager to change which products were active and to swap the information and videos attached to each one.

They also wanted something to happen when a customer made a purchase. I created another Unity application which pulls the details of the last purchase made in the store from a client-supplied api and projects these onto the wall when a sale is completed.
